About Us

Care done differently.

The mission of our support service is to empower participants and their families by giving them a voice and a choice in their support. Making meaningful connections starts with thoughtful pairings, which is why we carefully vet and match all support workers.

Our Mission

We are dedicated to helping support and care workers achieve their goals on a personal and professional level. Each support worker is thoroughly screened to ensure suitability to work with clients with their unique needs. We conduct a variety of screenings and checks to provide you with peace of mind.

How We Work

By working closely with both carers and participants, we carefully match them in order to ensure both achieve their goals and outcomes. In partnership with a registered training organisations, up-skilling and ongoing training are offered to the support staff to ensure expectations are exceeded. We offer choices to allow those in need of care the flexibility to build their own workforce and meet the goals in their plan.

Our Screening Process

The screening process includes various checks such as background checks, reference verifications, and competency assessments. These screenings help ensure that only qualified individuals with the necessary skills, knowledge, and experience are selected as support workers. By conducting these screenings, the support service can provide peace of mind to participants and their families knowing that they will be receiving care from  professionals who are trustworthy and reliable.
